Not what I expected from the website description
There were two options for a stacking kit when I purchased a dryer to stack on top of my washer. Unable to differentiate between the two I chose the Bosch, rather than the generic. It wasn’t until it was delivered that I understood the difference. The Bosch stacker needs to be screwed into the washing machine, leaving permanent holes. This will not be done by the people delivering your machine (which left the dryer sitting on the floor of my bathroom). The other is simply a matt which sits between the two appliances. I returned the Bosch and received a Matt instead. Much easier. Unfortunately as I had opened the box the Bosch came in I was told it couldn’t be resold and I was charged a fee despite returning the product unused.
More clarity on the website would have been helpful in this case
