Quality German Technology
My Hisense was only a few years old but stopped draining and opening the door, husband could not find anything clogged and so I had to find a new machine. After researching for a while I had narrowed it down to Westinghouse Electrolux ( both 10 kg) and Bosch. Believing that the kilo rate had to do with the size of the drum but finding out it is not I chose the Bosch series 6, 9 kg front loader.
So far 3 weeks later I love this machine much better than previous one, especially since the programmes are shorter of duration, more spin speeds, cold water wash option and the fact that you can open the door anytime during the wash in case you forgot something to put in.
Also love the colour!

Couldn't be happier..does everything perfectly and quietly in fact sometimes you wouldn’t even know it was on. Operation is easy too. Although you can select up to 1400 spin speed we opt with 800 to look after the machine.
Highly recommend this product and the retailer.
Destroyed my shirts.
The first few times I used it it punched a series of regular holes in my golf shirts. I raised a warranty complaint with Appliances Online who as the retailer are obliged to deal with it. They just passed me off to Bosch who at first tried to put me off by asking me to submit the same information and photos I had already sent to Appliances Online. Then they further put me off by claiming they couldn’t read the photos I had sent even though those photos were included in their email reply and were perfectly visible. After i pointed this out they ceased communicating altogether. I used to be a big fan of Bosch products having owned a number of them over the last 40 years. No more. Rubbish customer service sends customers elsewhere quick smart.
