Ripped off
I did pay $75 for selecting a specific delivery time. Unfortunately the lift was out of order when the delivery was to happen & the driver left without completing the job. I was then asked to repay other $75 to have a scheduled delivery time the next day. So after paying another $75, for a time slot of 7.30 to 9.30am, I did receive the delivery at 11.40am. Definitely a poor customer care.
Bosh series 4 washing machine
Excellent machine, with fast cycle. Good fast delivery and installation.
Terrible - broken within 12 months and no service
This was great while it worked. I bought it in January and it is already not working. Also not having any luck getting the service advertised to repair it, keep getting fobbed off. Terrible purchase and terrible service.
