Great Machine
Quick delivery, Great machine, easy install, Great coffee from the get go
Mixed review, but great machine in the end
Initially, we received a faulty machine, it switched itself on at random and kept cutting out and rebooting during use. I videoed this behaviour, sent it to Applicances Online and they organized a replacement machine literally the next day. This machine has worked faultlessly and produces nice hot coffees with little effort. The machine itself is quiet and easy to use, and easy to clean. The milk jug is in a thermos like container held behind the door. Thanks to the Appliances Online team for their prompt, friendly service in dealing with the faulty machine; I would certainly be happy to purchase from them again. Regards Andrew
