Really poor installation
We ordered a fully integrated dishwasher. When it arrived, the installation guys couldn’t get the front panel to fit the dishwasher's front door. They told me parts were missing and they would have to come back. I didn’t mind because at least I could use the dishwasher. After they left, I tried opening the door. I had to use both hands to pry it open; it was very, very stiff. Once open, I let go of the door, and it snapped back with such velocity that if I hadn’t jumped out of the way, it could have seriously hurt me. It damaged one of my dinner service pieces that I didn’t pull out of the way quickly enough. I contacted Appliances online only to be told I would have to wait a week for them to come and fix the door. This was simply not good enough, especially when I couldn’t use the dishwasher in its current state. I had them pick it up and refund me the money. The moral of the story is that sometimes cheaper pricing isn’t always worth it.
