Product not fit for purpose
Very disappointing experience with Bosch - a company that prides itself on engineering quality and reliability. This cooktop suffered an electronic control failure shortly after installation, requiring a control board replacement, and has now experienced a further electronic failure well within its expected lifespan. Product is not fit for purpose and is overly sensitive - when it was working it is always beeping for one issue or another and shutting off. Even more frustrating has been Bosch’s response to the latest response, with repeated requests for documentation already provided and unnecessary delays instead of taking responsibility for a clearly unreliable product. I would not recommend this model/brand based on reliability or customer support.
Excellent product.
Let's forget about Bosch quality and express the satisfaction of the Installer. He was brilliant. Organised, clean, and amazing. It is so good to have someone that knows what they are doing with such a great personality to match.
New Ceramic Cooktop
Love my new Bosch Cooktop replacement for Miele. Challenge to replace as almost all brands in this larger size were induction and not suitable if you have a pacemaker. Very easy to use and looks perfect with new stone Benchtops. Great service from Applicances on Line with competitive pricing and delivery.
