Lousy product!
Worked less than 2 years after installation, but unfortunately I delayed installation due to renovation delays, so it's out of warranty now.
It keeps coming up with EO511 error, and for a $185 call out and a 2-week delay, Bosch told me it would cost $770 to repair the operating module programmed, with no reassurance that this will fix it permanently. But at least now I can turn on my cooktop, which is on the same switch, since the Bosch oven is now disconnected.
After having to be so careful about moisture (which I read about soon after I bought it that it was a problem for this machine), and to have this drama come up anyway, I doubt I could have done anything to prevent it, and it's just a lousy expensive product.
I so wish now I had returned this oven a couple years after I bought it -- it would have cost me less to return it then, than it costs to repair or replace it now.
I forever miss my Toshiba Calolier Convection Microwave Oven and I regret ever listening to a property valuer tell me I needed a built-in oven.
Needless to say, I don't think I'll be buying Bosch again as I don't trust them anymore.
Very happy
Very happy with this microwave/oven. Haven't used it as a regular oven yet but easy to learn to use as microwave and have used some of the auto programs eg cook fresh vegetables. They work well. Excellent removal and install by Appliances Online/Winning Appliances person. We changed some of the default settings - turned off drying and shortened the beeping at the end of use. All easy to do using manual.

Looks good but microwave function iss poor. Very slow compared to my previous model. The need to turn a wheel for all functions is annoying and not practical. Buttons would be better. Not a happy customer with this product.
