Installed wrong and no customer care
I paid extra to get this installed. Unfortunately the person that this company used to install this dishwasher can’t of known what they were doing as they ended up voiding my warranty and making it leak water everywhere. It was under warranty but they meant nothing. Now I have a perfectly fine dishwasher that I can’t use unless I pay $500 for the plumbing to be fixed that the installation man ruined. I’ve tried contacting this company a lot of times. They don’t seem to care or help. DO NOT PAY FOR INSTALLATION AND DO NOT EXPECT ANY CUSTOMER CARE.
This all happened 3rd December and I’ve given them a chance to help but they just won’t.
works well
I bought this particular model because of the dark stainless steel finish. it looks good.
pros:
nice colour,
nice finish,
build quality,
super quiet
lot of space in the 3 racks
cutlery tray (I love this for spoons)
cleans well
cons:
the base/kick board is not that wide once I have increased the height, no time indicator (there is an led projector when the dishwasher is in use, but does not show time remaining),
plastics or racks have some water remains after wash (I run overnight and open in the morning only, if you open immediately after wash it should be ok),
does not have an automatic door open feature which some other brands/models have (would have been nice).
a bit expensive compared to other serie6 models (but I desperately wanted the colour)

Best Quality and choice for dish washer
Don’t waste time on Miele it within 5 years . Will always support Bosch dish washer washes and dry perfectly with no water stain .
