Brand new, doesn't work
We spent a little more money to get the Bosch and were very excited about it. Installed it 5 days ago on Monday. It immediately returned an electronic error. Called both Bosch and Appliances Online to be told a service agent would come out. Waited 2 days for him to call and got nothing. On Wednesday called Bosch and Appliances Online again and they got in contact with the agent to say he'd come out this week. Today (Friday) is the day he is supposed to come out but we were just told he checked the order when preparing for the visit last night and Bosch recommends he bring a replacement module out on his first trip because that is the likely cause of the error. Of course, he doesn't have one on hand. So he's ordered one and told us he "should" be able to come out with it next Friday. Another 7 days away. He should have checked the email on Monday when it was sent. Bosch should just replace the machine. Appliances Online should take more responsibility. The agent could have ordered the part already. The dishwasher is brand new, hasn't done a single wash and we're already talking replacement parts. What a waste of time and money. I don't even want it anymore.
Great Product
We tossed between the LG and Bosch. Ultimately Bosch was the winner. It's quiet, has multiple cleaning settings, easy to use and does a great clean.

Our second Bosch dishwasher, we reno'd the kitchen in our last house, and put one in, our new house had a different brand, no way as good, so it got replaced by another Bosch series 6.
