I think its broken maybe
I got this last year, and have only just started using as winter is here. I dont understand how you can have something in a dryer for 3 hours and it comes out wet, no matter what setting you use nothing ever comes out dry.. so I take it out and hand it on the line then have to put it all on clothing racks inside,
Good machine
Great machine. quiet, dries well. Very happy
Big king size sheets do get twisted up but I just check once or twice throughout the cycle to untangle and resume.

We have been keeping an eye on this dryer for a while now and with the recent government savings rebate clicked the go ahead. Our laundry is small and doesn’t have any windows so the heat pump dryer is perfect. Super easy to use, super easy to empty the water tray, and super easy to clean the filter. I’ve read complaints about it taking a long time to dry but haven’t felt this at all! Was recommended this by 3 friends and they weren’t wrong!
