Seal has torn
Not even 4 years of very careful use and the seal has a small tear, water pours out of the machine instantly. I have been so careful with this machine, I gently wipe the seal after every wash, never overloading and keeping items well clear of the front of the machine. No idea how this happened. It’s tricky and expensive to fix, extremely dissapointing. Cleaning the filter is tricky too
Great Washing Machine
I love my new Bosch Washing Machine. It has been so easy to use and I like that I can add extra rinse cycles and make adjustments to the wash cycle. It is also great that I can add extra clothes if I have forgotten any (provided the water level isn't too high). Seems to wash the clothes well, much better than my previous Samsung Washing Machine which had very long cycles compared to the Bosch.

Very happy with this machine , I can barely hear when it is working and the options for wash cycles are great. I would happily recommend this machine and Appliances Online , the customer service and delivery was exceptional
