Disappointed
Machine caused rust coloured marks on white clothes. Technician came out. Machine cleaned. Same issues a long time later. Multiple messages with AO on behalf of Bosch. Same issues to the point where I'm too scared to wash whites having damaged hundreds of dollars worth of clothes already. Feels like the blame is put back on to the customer. I've been using washing machines weekly for 30+ years and never had this problem before. Issues still not solved. Lost all confidence with Bosch brand, and AO for leaning on their side with seemingly no influence or accountability.
Absolute embarrassment to Bosch rubbish
Doesn’t wash well, leaks, no space for clothes. Compared to my LG it is rubbish! Leaks poor quality high noise!
Bosch front loader
Have only used washing machine few times, a quick read and load up. Easy to use with settings that are appropriate for everyday use. In a unit complex, seems quiet. Door opens up 180’, which is useful in small space.
