Horrible experience
Tap makes a horrid squealing noise - brand new.
Installed correctly by licensed plumber.
Warranty process is ridiculous - you must keep a faulty tap installed and wait 3-4 weeks for a technician to come to check.
Before the technician even visits, the manufacturer already has excuses lined up to try to blame customer’s water lines, pressure, sediment, blockage etc. whatever it takes to avoid processing a refund.
If they want to blame me, why have I successfully had 4 taps and a toilet installed from other brands and have had zero issues.
I will never ever buy from Blanco again.
They think they have won, because they kept my $250.
What a sad era for consumers. Beware!
