Unfortunately this upgrade of the same appliance is much heavier & the chute diameter is larger. So I found it too heavy & requested return & refund.
The company service is amazing. Courteous, organised & prompt.

This machine was so different to the one it replaced. I seem to cut items small strips get much more juice out of them. Love the machine.
