Life-changing
The Billi tap has made such a difference to our lives. No more kettle or filter jug taking up valuable counter space in our apartment kitchen. No more lugging home bottles of sparkling water and then having to dispose of them. So convenient and much better for the planet. Plus an unbeatable price from Appliances Online. Absolute winner!
failed at first use
we had it installed. the unit must not have been factory tested. Water leaked from within the unit. Not a very good experience to say the least.
Got a dodgy one
The cold and sparkling unit doesn't work but is being replaced/fixed under warranty, just taking ages to happen though since no one from Billie has been available and sub-contracted tech support couldn't do anything without Billie's say so. Very disappointing considering the price.
