Winning Appliances can't be faulted on their service and delivery, they get 5 stars!
This is our second Billi.
So far so good after a month of service with the second unit.
Cold still and sparkling water on tap is a nice luxury.
We replaced the first unit after some 3.5 years as it was leaking and unfortunately the Billi telephone and email service was not at all helpful.
When the old unit was removed and opened for inspection it appeared that the leak must have been there for a long time as the outer steel casing was very rusty.
Would have thought Billi would have offered some sort of compensation, alas no.
Plumber had some issue with the installation as the john guest fittings leaked and did take longer than expected to resolve the pipe to fitting integration.
We hope to get a better service life from this as it will be the last one.
