Terrible After sale service
I bought Beurer LB88 Dual Action Air Humidifier from Appliances online. My water tank got broken within few months of the purchase and I raised 2 service requests to get this tank replaced with no response at all.
Then when I asked how I can buy the spare part they simply say they do not have the spare parts to sell. So unfortunately, I must discard my Air Humidifier.
Does the job
2 very strong points about this model, it heats up very quick for warm mist and has a very high output. However the 3 output settings are almost the same, no relative humidity level to know when to switch it off. No automatic control or timer, and found the low setting even quite strong. Would be best for larger rooms and advise grab yourself a humidity level meter
powerful and effective but...
This product clearly does the job and does it well. it is designed for larger spaces meaning rooms of up to 30-40 sq m. It manages such a space well but if airconditioning or heating is on it moves air to other rooms (of course - duh!!) and so the humidifying effect is more spread out. In itself that is OK unless you want it concentrated in the one room. I cannot imagine how smaller devices are useful except in very small rooms. One does need to clean out fine dust from the water and calcium if using high calcium water - but again - duh!! - what does one expect. Moving it to another romm when full has to be done carefully or water will spill.
To me it is worth getting it.
