The scale do a body analysis of your Weight, body fat, body water, muscle percentage, bone mass; AMR/BMR calorie display, and will also calculate your BMI. BMR (Basic Metabolic Rate) denotes the basic level of metabolism, while AMR (Active Metabolic Rate), which denotes the total metabolic rate, including exercise and physical activity.

Scales are good but the app not so
I needed help with the app and I am still unhappy with it. I contacted both Appliances Online and Beurer but only AO responded. I'm very happy with the AO service but the Beurer app is no good and certainly not intuitive at all. I won't get Beurer again.
Don't buy!
The service from Appliances Online was fantastic!!!
The scale is exactly the opposite. Actually the scale is very good, but the app coming with it is absolutely atrocious. Check the reviews in the app store. The issues I had are absolutely normal and their Support does not care at all. The app in my view is a premature beat version at its best.
