More than impressed
Really very happy with the dishwasher. It cleans well, is large and has more functionality than I'll ever use. You can't go past this applicance for the price and features.
Shocking warranty service
I purchased this dishwasher and from the first use, it doesn’t heat the water. I’ve been in contact with Beko and Appliances Online and nobody is taking responsibility for it. Appliances Online handballed it to Beko. Beko refuses to change it over despite it being delivered faulty.
As we live in a regional area, I’m being told that I have to drive the dishwasher to a service agent who has advised they cannot tell me when they can fix it as they don’t repair dishwashers.
I advised Beko I’m in a wheelchair and cannot load a dishwasher into my car.
They don’t care about that and still insist the machine is repaired despite it being delivered DOA.
So around and around we go with no resolution, promises that I’ll be called back are never kept and I’m left with an unusable dishwasher.
Don’t buy from here if you expect any sort of after sales service.
