Dead on arrival
This unit was sold Dead on Arrival with a factory fault, confirmed by an in-person assessment by a Beko technician, who also confirmed it was a new install. Both Beko and Appliances Online have refused to replace because it wasn't installed until a period of time after purchase, as kitchen renovation ran over-time. Whether it was installed on day one or day 100 wouldn't matter as the fault is in the manufacturing, it's NOT a fault that has appeared after use. I'm still waiting to be contacted for repairs. Absolutely unbelievable. I will never buy another appliance from Beko again and recommend you don't either.

Took my old dishwasher away, plus all the wrapping. Dishwasher works fine.
