Worst Machine I’ve ever Had
I’ve had this machine for 18 months and I’ve now had a machine that doesn’t spin and electric panel not work and take 2 hrs + for a 40 min cycle. I’ve had the repair people out 4 times in the last 6 weeks, last time yesterday and I still
Have a machine that doesn’t work properly. Calling tomorrow to get a refund and purchase a machine that actually works and lasts. So disappointed. Avoid buying this machine. I will update this review and let you know how I went with customer service and the outcome of my further complaint
Beko front load washer 9kg
I bought Beko front load washer 9 kg as it had good reviews and the price was great.
The machine delivered to me was faulty. The door couldn’t open. They took it back and delivered another one for me. The second one was again faulty. Auto dose didn’t work. It took detergent and softener from the tanks but not dispense to the wash. Ended up it washed my clothes with only water (after the wash, both detergent and softener remained in the trays).
Disappointed with Beko washer so I requested them to change another product for me.
I never come with Beko again!

I'm extremely happy with my machine n it's performance but the pamphlet included is very vague n being able to use different timing is very limited. Who in this day n age would put clothes through 3 hr cycle. There is not proper instructions on overriding these commands n not using liquid detergent over powder very frustrating.
