Wait a year before signing praises
I got this in June 2024. Around Oct 2025 started having issues. Draining issues but it’s a sensor as if you redo the spin it does drain. It also drains on certain loads - other loads much more water is left. It’s ridiculous it takes almost a day to do two loads of washing.
Have tried to get a service call, but nothing. AI chat bot can’t confirm whether I need to pay for it or not, nor will they put me in.
Grea buying experience, Poor warranty service
The ordering and delivery process was excellent, The machine arrived at the time specified and was professionally installed.
The machine operates really well but the circular lining over the front door fell off within two weeks. When I phoned the warranty line I was told that I was in luck and Beko would send a replacement door with a week soi I could replace it. I was not prepared to do my own repair for fear of breaking something and voiding the warranty altogether. They finally agreed to arrange to send a repair person after I pushed really hard. The repair agents called within a week to check details and say they would be in touch as soon as the replacement door arrived. Two weeks later they called again to say they were still waiting on the part. Nearly 7 weeks after reporting the fault nothing has happened. I am just grateful the machine is operating OK and dread the thought of having to make a call if it does fail. I would recommend appliances online, but warn that Beko after sales service is really bad.
Beko Deliverv, Install and use
Great machine, great service and fantastic easeof use. Large loading door for easy load and unload. The machine has very silent function except for the spin cycle which has a slightly high pitch. The steam cycle is very good and suprising in a machine of its price range. Overall hard to bypass this machine.
