Shaky, but reliable so far
Had this machine for 2 years, it's reliable, but can be very shaky and jumpy, especially during the spinning cycle. I did not overload the machine. In fact, sometimes a half load makes it even worse. I've been using front-loading machines for 30 years and never had it so bad. Sometimes it shakes so much it starts to "walk", and I couldn't leave home until the cycle finished just in case.
More hastle than convenience
Like others have mentioned, clothes don't dry properly or they smell like burning rubber/plastic. Had the tech come out and tell me there's nothing wrong with my unit and billed me for the call out. I don't remember reading anywhere that a burning smell was a feature so, no, it doesn't work properly.
Developed a very bad internal water leak about 10 months in of extremely light use.
It washes clothes, not amazingly either so don't go out of your way for this model
Noisey machine, keeps tripping the power circuit
Received a noisey machine that couldn't be used after a few washes due to constantly tripping the power circuit. Instead of replacing the lemon machine, Appliances Online have made us deal with the manufacturer and have been without a machine for over a month.
