VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WARRANTY USELESS
I purchased this oven in October 2022 as I was attracted to the 5 Year Warranty. It's been a good oven for 3 years and I have looked after it well. But I removed the door 3 days ago and gently wiped down the very light dribbles on the inside of the front glass pane. Then it exploded in front of me, right there on the benchtop. The disappointing part is the Beko refuses to cover this under warranty claiming that it isn't covered because "Oven door glass can shatter for a number of reasons, most commonly due to small impact-related cracks that may not be visible at first. These cracks can initially withstand heat and use, but over time the repeated heating and cooling of the oven can cause them to expand, weakening the glass until it eventually breaks."
So even though I can assure them that the glass has never been knocked or treated roughly I have to replace the door myself. The warranty is useless.
Good oven
Easy to use and having a window in the grilled “second oven” section is useful for keeping an eye on the food. No problems so far.
