Can't fault anything with the service from Appliances on line. My new Beko cooker is the focus of my kitchen. Still learning all its attributes though.
Wish it was better
I'm disappointed with this purchase. Was looking forward to this oven with over 500 positive reviews. The hottest Cooktop is not that hot....barely a sizzle...cannot get enough heat to cook....had it on flat out heat cooking onions... took over 20 mins...pulled out my electric frypan....everything takes double time to cook

Works perfectly and is a great option for our self contained living space.
