Partial Delivery
The dishwasher is fine, appliance online support, not so great. Included installation in the order. Delivery was ok however, was partially installed as the door panel required modification. No issue. Organised the mod then contacted appliances online for a call back as recommended by the installer, confirmed booking for Monday 9 Feb 26. No show, no contact, absolutely nothing from them. We have to hold the door down when loading as it requires the the door panel weight to hold it down without additional weight.
Value for money
Very pleased with our purchase. Excellent value for money
Beko Integrated Dishwasher
Poor build quality. Also, it was delivered outside of specified manufacturers measurements and when I called to request servicing I was advised to refer to the manual to rectify myself. It does not set the dishes sufficiently and the use times are very high to get even a reasonable clean. You get what you paid for I suppose!!!
