Unable to use
The beefeater BBQ that was spose to be delivered with it is now months away -(having been sold as in stock on Friday and ready to ship Monday) therefore unable to be used!!! Product is in the country but they won’t transfer stock interstate - they would rather a customer sit without their product & useless gear that’s been delivered. Very disappointing !!
Customer Service Terrible
The product was excellent. However, I was misled twice by Customer Service. Follow up complaint alsoignored. The problems this caused to me well and truly negated any discount. There would need to be a very big change in culture before a purchased from this organisation again.
