When the hood is lowered you can even undertake slow convection cooking for flavourful chicken, brisket, pork shoulder, and more. The two side tables are great for preparing side dishes, sauces, or for storing your BBQ utensils and can simply be detached when not in use.

Grill Plate not covered under warranty
My Grill Plate cracked at the end after five uses of the BBQ. Electrolux, the importer advise the plates are consumables and not covered under warranty. I think it's a manufacturing fault and it's poor form to deny a claim.
