In order to install this in combustable cabinetry this product requires heat shields which must be purchased separately. Unhelpfully they are not stocked by AOL nor was beefeater or third party spares able to find them or provide an eta as to when they may be available. The installation manual is horrendously ambiguous which when installing a built in bbq is something you dont want to get wrong. After spending far too much time trying to find a way to safely install the bbq AOL finally agreed to supply a full refund but only after quite some resistance and an agreement from beefeater to cover their costs. After previous good experiences with AOL, having purchased an appliance that was not fit for purpose and with no way of making it so in a reasonable time I was disappointed both in both beefeater and the level of resistance in making good from AOL. Do yourself a favour and chose one of the many built in bbqs that are properly supported for actually building into standard cabinetry.

This was an upgrade that just made sense. Easy to use and great features with internal light to see how the cooking is going.
