Love it!!
I could not be happier with my Beefeater BBQ, great value for money. There were a couple of tricky bits assembling it but all in all it was pretty easy. If there was one thing that could improve it, it would be to have individually height adjustable wheels/ castors so you can level the BBQ if you don't have a level surface to start with.
Defective Product and Defective Customer Support
Overall the build quality if poor, the screws are low quality and cam out very quickly and the metal is flimsy and weak. Also you have to purchase a spanner separately to hook up and use the side burner.
In my case, the BBQ also ended up being defective so that was an added bonus.
When I received this the Beefeater BBQ, it had manufacturing errors. I sent an email out to Appliances Online for help. It took them 4 days to get back to me. During that time I needed to use the BBQ for family gatherings. Using it at these gatherings was the whole reason I purchases the BBQ. As I was not getting a reply from Appliances Online I decided to fix it myself by purchasing new nuts and bolts to replace the ones not supplied by beefeater. this allowed me to assemble the BBQ and use it for its purpose.
I ended up eventually getting an email from appliances online and they put me in touch with beefeater. It took beefeater 4 more days to contact me. I was then told I had to be put in contact with an escalation manager. I was told they would contact me in 24 - 48 hours. It took them 3 days to contact me.
They called me at 5:50pm at night. Were rude to me and essentially called me an idiot and told me to contact them the next day, when I asked how I contact them they hung up on me.
I still don't know what to do with this defective BBQ.
Hopefully I will eventually get some assistance from Appliances Online or Beefeater.
I would not recommend this product.
Awwesome BBQ
Easy to assemble, although instructions aren't 100% clear. Works well, good size and build quality. No complaints at all. Excellent price and delivery from Appliances Online, who always exceed my expectations and are the best online retailer I use.
