Wrong Black
Was disappointed to receive a gloss black bbq and lid when the description clearly says Matte Black. I was aware there were two different shades of black made in this brand and model bbq. I was struggling to find the matt black at other suppliers due to back log on stock. So when i saw appliances online had a matt black available to deliver the next day only to be disappointed to receive the gloss black. A full refund was offered as they said they only have the one black which obviously is the gloss!! I chose in the end to keep it as i was over all the hassle.
