We went in with our existing ovens measurements and the manual for our oven with all the details. We were suggested an oven and guaranteed it would fit - it did not. Winning is now holding our money and will not give a refund as they cannot confirm whose error it is. I have been without an oven for 4 months now and out $2.5k so cannot purchase another.
