Formal Complaint – Cooktop Installatn Not Complete
Dear Appliances Online / Winning Services Team,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding Order SO08452449 for the ART 60cm 4 Burner Gas Hob and Handy Crew cooktop gas installation service.
According to my invoice and service booking, the following services were included and paid for:
• Handy Crew Cooktop Gas Installation – $360
• Removal of an old, disconnected appliance
Despite two arranged service occasions, the cooktop installation has still not been completed, and the old appliance removal and returns have not been carried out as agreed.
Your Proof of Delivery document dated 04 December 2025 confirms that:
• Removal of the old item was NOT completed
• Rubbish was NOT taken back as part of delivery
• Installation remains outstanding
This is inconsistent with the paid services listed on the attached invoice.
As of today, the work remains incomplete, causing ongoing inconvenience and delay. I have allowed access and cooperated fully with scheduling; however, the issue has still not been resolved.
I request the following actions urgently:
Immediate escalation of this matter to a service supervisor or complaints team
Confirmation of a priority installation appointment with a licensed gas installer
Removal and return of the old appliance as originally agreed
Written confirmation of the resolution timeline
If this matter cannot be resolved promptly, I will consider escalating the complaint further through NSW Fair Trading and relevant consumer channels.
Please treat this as a formal complaint and provide a written response within 3 business days.
