Haven’t been able to use it due to missing parts. Called on same day it was delivered to notify. Person said someone would get back to me within a week. Close to a month no call.

I first bought the original plastic alligator about 12 years ago when I developed arthritis and weakness in my hands and wrists. It revolutionised the way I process produce. This stainless steel version is very robust. I love the interchangeable blades which are quick and easy to put in place. The larger hopper is also a great improvement as I now have to empty this less often. I use it almost daily for processing vegetables, fruit and herbs into uniform pieces. One thing to note is that it's vital that it be washed by hand and dried as soon as you've finished using it. It's stainless steel and the manufacturer warns against rust and damage from acidic items, so I am very careful to ensure that it's completely dry before being reassembled and stored. It's an expensive device, so please take this advice seriously. I frequently buy produce in bulk which I then chop and freeze for later use. This saves so much time. Presently, I have tomatoes, onions, apples and black grapes in freezer bags ready to use for my next culinary adventure! Highly recommended.
