Drainage issues within 12 months, even with regular cleaning of filter and waiting 2 business days to even be able to book a service call.
Cheap construction, poor quality
My 10 year old Bosch died and I needed a new dishwasher in a hurry. As we want to do a full kitchen remodel in a couple of years, I didn't want to spend too much this time around. As it is, I deeply regret this purchase, and wish I had spent more to get a bottom of the range Bosch.
Full size (28cm) plates fit in the bottom drawer, but only if you raise the top drawer to its highest position. Don't expect to fit anything taller than a tea cup in the top drawer, and certainly not a small wine glass or a saucer for a tea cup.
Stainless steel only refers to the front panel, the rest is coloured plastic and easily damaged. The wire used for the bottom drawer is flimsy and it easily comes off its runners.
The "normal" cycle that claims to meet Australian standards doesn't dry plates and cups, so I need to turn on the extra dry functionality. I also need to change a setting to allow for dishwasher tablets Every. Single. Time., but cannot turn off the rinse aid light when my tablets have the rinse aid built in.
The powder dispenser door flicks up to open, which means part of the top drawer is completely unusable and, as I discovered this morning, a badly placed item in the bottom drawer will block it too, necessating a full rewash.
I cannot stress how much I hate the cutlery drawer at the top of the dishwasher instead of a basket at the bottom. It really doesn't allow for more things in the bottom, requires careful packing, or things don't wash, and it cannot be carried from the dishwasher to aid in putting things away. It also means big plastic items can't go in the top drawer, or they block the water from reaching the cutlery.
Don't waste your money on this piece of crap. Spend a bit more. I definitely wish I had.
Does not clean properly
Despite stacking as per the instruction booklet, the cutlery does not come out clean. It has a pull-out cutlery drawer, I have tried stacking them multiple ways and there are always some that are dirty and I need to handwash. I have also had plates that are not clean. I have had the dishwasher about three weeks and am disappointed with it so far. I have ordered a separate cutlery basket elsewhere but this means I will loose plate space.
