I have already reviewed this product. I’m not at all happy with it, as a matter of fact I’m disgusted. Not for one moment did I feel a medium support would sag within five days. I did ask for a reply but it was not forthcoming. I’ve always gone to AO for our appliances and whilst I realise you don’t manufacture the mattresses I did think you would take SOME responsibility for the poor quality we’ve paid good money for. If I could onsell it and get a different mattress I would. I might add 90kgs is not heavy for a medium mattress. I am so disappointed. So what can be done?? Anything??
the mattress is really soft, not medium in my view
The cost and quality is fine but it's advertised as a medium firmness mattress but it's very squishy and soft. I just hate it and I'm going to be stuck with it for years. Sad face.
Queen Mattress
I am really sorry to have to say I’m very disappointed with the mattress. After just one sleep it had indentations I never experienced with the mattress I replaced. I have to be honest about this review as I always am, and Appliances Online have always supplied the best quality goods and could not be happier with my other items. This mattress is not what I expected and I am very disappointed with it. If I had a choice I would return it and replace it with something else. I hope AO contact me so we can discuss the options.
