Lack of communication
I purchased and paid online, I enquired why my 2 Webber bbqs didn't turn up on the date I chose from your available dates. I was told I received a phone call! I didn't! Why would you find another way of communicating instead of continuing the online method we had going? There are so many phone calls with obvious numbers to block these days, please do better! How can I review a great product I don't have as gifts for my kids? It's the communication that needs to improve.
