Chip shop chips !
We had been using an airfryer for a couple of years ( to be healthy! ) but it just didn't cut it , so , I made the bold decision to back to the 'old style' Deep fryer . Also bought a crinkle chip cutter ! Now , due to the ease of use of the Delonghi Traditional Deep Fryer ( FS8065 ) we can enjoy real chips with our meals , and we actually eat less chips as we use fewer potatoes using the crinkle cutter as we can get thinner chips which looks more and they are lovely and crisp. I recommend you place the fryer near an open window or near the extractor to help keep the steam from covering the kitchen .
