Does the job but...
...a bit disappointing in some respects. While the water dispenser is nice I do think I'd prefer more storage on the door instead. The layout in general just feels more cramped and less flexible than our previous Samsung side by side. Especially since the plastic door shelf below the water dispenser that is most suited for taller items (milk jugs, drink bottles) cracked horribly and is basically useless. We've also experienced cracking on the white plastic slide area on one of the glass shelves. Hisense customer service was pretty hard to navigate and eventually got through to a human only to be told that while the fridge is in warranty the shelves aren't so replacing these poor quality shelves will be an additional expense to consider. (Close to $100 for these two alone.) No complaints about the freezer, it's roomy and freezes well and nothing has fallen apart in that compartment.

Affordable fridge for a large family
We purchased this fridge for its cost and size due to having a large family and our last fridge not having enough room for all the boys and pieces. The fridge is great expect but day 3 the water dispenser is leaking and can no longer have water in it for use as it drips and leaks all over the floor.
