re write how you BBQ
Takes a little trial and error cooking with the hood down but when you get a little experience and confidence the rewards are worth it ! Easy to clean easy to use .Love it !

My experience with you has been nothing short of terrible. I have been sending emails to your support team to arrange a pick up of the bbq as I ordered LPG gas not natural gas. Your team hasn't been responding to my emails
Lid not tall enough
I've had plenty of Webers before but this one's lid isn't tall enough to take roasts and no thermometer. Also not as solid as previous models and ignition rarely works first go.
