Great Product! Free Installation = No Installation
I'm loving the new Samsung Washer Dryer, though the combined auto wash & dry cycle is a bit long.
Appliances Online were good also, until the two delivery men, who were runnning late, took the opportunity to save themselves some time by making up an excuse as to why they couldn't install the washer dryer and to left it in the living room without even unwrapping it. A call to Appliance Online didn't help either. So I, a 25 year old women, was left to unwrap, move and install the washer dryer on my own into a space two men insisted they couldn't.
