Poorly designed and regularly faulty
I'm really surprised how poorly put together this microwave is compared to much cheaper models.
INCONVENIENCES: It doesn't have any sort of warning if food has been forgotten inside - other microwaves I've used will beep after a minute or two if the door hasn't been opened after heating has completed. It also requires you to press STOP/RESET before you can enter a new heating time, even after it's already stopped. i.e. If you've just heated up something, and decide you want to give it another 30 seconds, the buttons won't work until you press STOP/RESET. Even after opening the door or putting new food in. Why this is a 'feature' I have no idea. And it's a small thing, but pressing STOP/RESET doesn't prevent the 'heating finished' alarm from going through the full set of beeps, so it's hard to use the microwave quietly late at night or early morning.
FAULTS: Every third or fourth time I try to use the microwave, it will count down as if it's working, but won't actually heat the food. The only way to get it to 'wake up' again is to open and close the door. Most of the time I catch it, since it's clear the fan and heating element isn't on, but sometimes I'll just come back to find it 'finished' and the food is still completely cold.
Really disappointed overall.
