This ILVE 90cm canopy rangehood is ideal for wide cooktops and busy kitchens. Boasting a sophisticated canopy design and a stainless steel finish, this is a great addition to any home.
This rangehood achieves powerful extraction of up to 850m3/hr, effectively removing smoke, fumes, and odours from your cooking. Honeycomb aluminium mesh filters remove nasties from your air with high efficiency, so you can breathe easy. You have the option of either external ducting, or if not possible, you can recirculate. There are three variable speeds to select from, depending on the demands of your cooking. The strongest mode is ideal for intensive cooking activities such as frying. Two energy-efficient halogen lights give you clear visibility across your cooktop.

Variable speed
Use the simple electronic push-button controls to select between three speed settings. Lower speeds are ideal for light cooking, while fumes from intense tasks such as frying will be easily extracted with the higher settings.
Twin turbine
The twin turbine high velocity centrifugal fan provides powerful performance. Extracting hundreds of cubic metres of air per hour, you’re sure to breathe easy no matter what’s in your pan.
Halogen lights
Two energy-efficient halogen lights can be switched on to provide clear visibility across your worktop so you can keep a keen eye on your cooking progress.
Ducted or recirculating
The rangehood can be set up as either external ducting or recirculating. Efficient honeycomb aluminium mesh filters trap grease and nasties from your air, and can be easily washed in warm soapy water.

ILVE 60cm Canopy Rangehood
Installation was a replacement for a similar sized unit of other manufacture, so installation was quite straight forward. Like the improved aluminium filters which should trap more grease and extend life of unit. The lighting also is out of the way of grease being right at the front of the canopy instead at the back so this is an improvement on previous Omega manufacture. So the Ilve seems a better product.
