Plastic connector
Love this tap. Bought one a few years ago and now bought another for a different sink. Disappointed to see that the hose connector is now plastic on the new model. Older one is metal and more durable. Our plumber warned us that this was easier to break if we aren’t careful with it.
Frankie no more
The tap replaced a Franke tap that had lasted over12 years in a high use kitchen sink setting. I’m not sure this tap will last 12 months. The quality and feel of the tap is a poor replacement and time over again I would not have installed it. It’s a genuine disappointment.
Great service and price point!
The friendly and knowledgeable customer service was a standout! Shout out to Payton for the legendary service! Price point was also excellent relative to most other shops, although, it was cheaper when i first looked at it and the website gradually increased the price.
