Issue Resolved
The product is functional and looks fine in place. It's not too loud and the lighting is excellent. It did arrive with no brackets for installation, however, appliances online mediated between me and the company providing the product (Glemgas) to have it resolved.
no response to complaint- first use light failure
Appliance lights never worked. Appliance fan working. On Thursday 7th November Appliances Online (chatline) arranged to have their supplier contact me to deal with the failed lights problem. They said I would be contacted in 5 to 7 day. Its now Tuesday 19/11/24 and I've heard nothing. Not good enough!
Still waiting for appliance to be installed
I’d love to review this Rangehood, but I am yet to experience it in-situ. The appliance was delivered but needed modification for installation, so installers returned following week to discover new appliance was damaged, so I contacted Appliance Online and am hoping for it all to be installed next week…
