The Breville Searing Slow Cooker is a multifunctional slow cooker with steam and yoghurt settings. Sear and slow cook conveniently in the same pan without the need for your stovetop, and enjoy deliciously intensified flavours.
There are five preset browning settings to seal in the flavour and caramelise your ingredients to just the right level. The unit comes with a premium stainless steel steaming tray for your roasts and to steam large portions of dumplings, fish, or vegetables. The dual locking handles securely seal the lid onto the bowl to ensure moisture levels and temperatures are maintained while cooking. The bowl is non-stick to make for simple serving and effortless cleaning.
With the keep warm function, once your meal is ready it can automatically keep your dish warm until you’re ready to eat. This slow cooker can also make yoghurt - up to 3 litres of soft and creamy natural or flavoured.

Brilliant
I love this gadget- it does everything . Recently was without a stove for a week and it made slow cooked shanks, steamed teriyaki fish, soup and beautifully crisp potatoes! I love it and to top it off the order was delivered to me in the country less than 24 hours later.
Amazing Searing Slow Cooker!
The Breville Searing 6L Slow Cooker is amazing! It's great to sear the meat and leave it in the slow cooker with all the succulent juices. This slow cooker is so versatile. I've tried salmon, pea and ham soup, lamb shanks and ribs in the few weeks since buying it. The pot isn't heavy and hard to clean like traditional slow cookers. The lid locking mechanism is great for keeping in the heat. Love the temperature settings. Absolutely love it!
Perfect size
Very pleased with all the functionality of this slow cooker. Sears well, (not quite as good as cast iron pan on gas hob) just let it heat up first before adding oil and meat. Glad I got this size (only two of us) as can freeze leftovers for a night when don’t want to cook. As usual great service from Appliancesonline, although a little disappointed I paid more on 6th Oct ‘21, than it is listed today, 29th Oct ‘21.
