If the product you purchase is not as advertised, is faulty, or stops working then you don’t need to worry – we’ll organise to have it fixed, swapped over, or in the event none of those work we’ll provide a full refund. Unfortunately, given we’re a clearance outlet we don’t accept returns for change of mind, so please choose carefully and give us a call if you’re unsure about what to buy.
In the event the product you have purchased is not working as intended, the quickest way to get your product fixed is to fill out our Customer Service Request Form. Once we receive your request, we’ll work with the manufacturer to get someone to come out to look at the product for you.
Important: Any missing parts or damage not advertised at the point of purchase must be reported within seven days from the date of delivery. No responsibility will be taken for issues reported after this time.
