FEATURES

SMEG THERMOSEAL
Thermoseal creates a perfectly-controlled and stable cooking environment. Splatter and temperature fluctuations are minimised when cooking in a Thermoseal oven; cooking and preheat times are reduced. External temperatures are minimised thanks to our active cool door system — drawing room temperature air around the exterior of the oven cavity, cooling the oven door and carcase whilst not interfering with the internal oven temperature. Our Venturi system is designed to eliminate excess humidity and maintain the ideal cooking environment.

RAPID PREHEATING
For efficiency of time and energy, to reach set temperature the selected element comes on at maximum output during preheat until desired level is achieved.

EVER-CLEAN ENAMEL
Smeg’s superior enamelling process is unique, creating a silky smooth finish on oven interiors and baking trays. A combination of formula, application, baking and curing — our enamel finish is the same grade on all our ovens, is durable and easy to maintain.

PYROLYTIC CLEANING
For heavy soiling, oven sets temperature up to 500°C for up to three hours, reducing residue to a fine ash. Oven door is automatically locked for safety.

ECO PYROLYTIC CLEANING
For lighter soiling, oven sets temperature up to 500°C for 90 minutes. Oven door is automatically locked for safety.

COOL DOOR
The new oven doors are all at least triple glazed; pyrolytic model ovens have four layers of glazing. Each layer of glass has a thermoreflective inner face to limit the absorption and eventual transference of heat to the outside surface. Each inner layer is separated by an air gap through which the cooling fan channels forced air through each layer of glass — resulting in the oven door maintaining a safe low temperature, cool enough to touch, and a cooler kitchen environment.

Yes, you read it right, free delivery is available to most Australian metro areas, as well as some selected regional areas. To check if your area applies for free delivery, just enter your postcode or suburb on any product page.

What, more than just free delivery? Yep, our delivery is not just free, it’s amazing in all kinds of ways. When we deliver (for large and bulky items) we’ll also:

– Greet you with a warm smile as you open your door to greet us
– Bring the appliance in, making sure to not mark or scratch your home (or the appliance)
– Unbox, take away the old packaging and put the appliance in a location of your choice
– For fridges, washers, dryers, and microwaves, we’ll also connect it up and get it working

During checkout, you’ll have the ability to select a day for delivery that best suits you. We’ll do our best to always meet that date, but will be in touch to arrange another if that date is not possible.

If you order a small product, it will be shipped using Australia post. You will be sent a tracking code once you order so you can track your delivery. When ordering a small product, feel free to put in your home or work address as the shipping address, depending on what’s easier for you.

Professional Installation

For all other products not mentioned above, installation is provided for an additional fee (available for selection on the product page) to be completed by our professional Winning Services installation team. Once again, just look for the installation option on the product page before you check out.

Free Removal

Yes, if you have no need for that old product we’ll happily take it off your hands. Not because we plan on taking it and reselling it, but because we’re just awesome people and would rather see it recycled safety 😃. Just make sure the old appliance is completely disconnected (it must be disconnected from any power, gas or water supply), and our drivers will throw it in the truck after we’ve delivered the new one.

Can you deliver to my area?

This depends on a couple of things, being if we have any stock available in your local area, and if we can actually deliver to your postcode. How much is delivery?

Glad you asked! Our professional delivery service which includes the taking away of your old appliance (if you need it) is completely FREE! Yes, you heard it right, along with our amazing deals and market leading prices we also don’t charge a cent for delivery.

How long will delivery take?

It depends on what product you purchase and where you’re located. When you add a product to your cart and checkout, you’ll be able to select your preferred delivery date which we’ll confirm for you once we process your order. If we cannot meet your ideal delivery date, we’ll be in touch to let you know what other dates are possible.

Can I schedule a specific delivery time?

Unfortunately, we are unable to schedule deliveries at specific times of the day. We will usually deliver during business hours, however, in some selected zones we deliver as early as 6:30 am and as late as 7:00 pm. On the day of delivery, you’ll receive a text message with a 2-hour delivery window.

Can you take my old appliance away?

Yes, we sure can, and just like our delivery service, it’s completely FREE! Just let the driver know when they arrive you would like your old product removed.

Do you offer professional installation?

We offer free connection for refrigerators, washing machines (excluding washing machine pedestals) and microwaves as well as paid installation for harder to install products such as dishwashers, and cooking appliances. Look for the paid installation options on the product page, which appear right after you enter your postcode (located above the add to cart button).

Product Warranty

Although a clearance outlet all our products still come covered with the standard manufacturer’s warranty, meaning if you have a problem while still under warranty, we’ll be able to organise a service call for a technician to come out and have a look at it for you.

The warranty period will vary from 1 to 5 years, depending on the manufacturer and product.
