FEATURES

Upper and lower element only
This method is known as “conventional” cooking, and is suitable for dishes that require a more gentle heat, such as baking. The oven needs to be pre-heated to the required temperature, and is best suited for single items, such as large cakes e.g. Christmas cake. Best results are obtained by placing food in the centre of the oven.

Lower heating element only
This function is ideal for foods that require extra base temperature without browning, e.g. pastry dishes, pizza. Also suitable for slow cooking of stews and casseroles.

Rotisserie with half grill
These symbols allow use of the rotisserie with half grill

Grill element
This allows rapid cooking and browning of foods. Best results can be obtained from using the top shelf for small items, the lower shelves for larger items, such as chops or sausages. Cooking using this method should be carried out with the door closed, unless instructed to do otherwise.

Fan with grill element
Please note: cooking in this mode is conducted with the door closed. The fan reduces the fierce heat from the grill, providing an excellent method for grilling a range of foods, chops, steaks, sausages etc. without having to turn the food during cooking. This gives good results, reduces drying out of foods, and gives even browning and heat distribution, the top two shelves being recommended for use. The lower area of the cavity can also be used to keep other items warm at the same time. An excellent facility to use when cooking a grilled breakfast.

Circulaire with upper and lower elements
The use of the fan with both elements allows food to be cooked quickly and effectively on a number of shelves. Ideal for roasts and large joints that require thorough cooking. There is no transference of smells or flavours when using this function. This function offers a similar result to rotisserie, it moves the heat around the food, instead of moving the food itself, enabling any size or shape to be cooked, and not only items that will fit onto a rotisserie.

Circulaire
The combination of the fan and circular element around it, gives uniform heat distribution with no cold spots. This results in many benefits – no preheat if cook time is more than 20 minutes, no flavour transfer when cooking different foods at the same time, less energy is needed, and it cooks at 10% quicker than a normal oven. All foods can be cooked on this function, and it is especially suitable for cooked chilled foods.

During checkout, you’ll have the ability to select a day for delivery that best suits you. We’ll do our best to always meet that date, but will be in touch to arrange another if that date is not possible.

If you order a small product, it will be shipped using Australia post. You will be sent a tracking code once you order so you can track your delivery. When ordering a small product, feel free to put in your home or work address as the shipping address, depending on what’s easier for you.

Professional Installation

For all other products not mentioned above, installation is provided for an additional fee (available for selection on the product page) to be completed by our professional Winning Services installation team. Once again, just look for the installation option on the product page before you check out.

Free Removal

Yes, if you have no need for that old product we’ll happily take it off your hands. Not because we plan on taking it and reselling it, but because we’re just awesome people and would rather see it recycled safely ?. Just make sure the old appliance is completely disconnected (it must be disconnected from any power, gas or water supply), and our drivers will throw it in the truck after we’ve delivered the new one.

Can you deliver to my area?

This depends on a couple of things, being if we have any stock available in your local area, and if we can actually deliver to your postcode. How much is delivery?

How long will delivery take?

It depends on what product you purchase and where you’re located. When you add a product to your cart and checkout, you’ll be able to select your preferred delivery date which we’ll confirm for you once we process your order. If we cannot meet your ideal delivery date, we’ll be in touch to let you know what other dates are possible.

Can I schedule a specific delivery time?

Unfortunately, we are unable to schedule deliveries at specific times of the day. We will usually deliver during business hours, however, in some selected zones we deliver as early as 6:30 am and as late as 7:00 pm. On the day of delivery, you’ll receive a text message with a 2-hour delivery window.

Can you take my old appliance away?

Yes, we sure can, and just like our delivery service, it’s completely FREE! Just let the driver know when they arrive you would like your old product removed.

Do you offer professional installation?

We offer free connection for refrigerators, washing machines (excluding washing machine pedestals) and microwaves as well as paid installation for harder to install products such as dishwashers, and cooking appliances. Look for the paid installation options on the product page, which appear right after you enter your postcode (located above the add to cart button).

Product Warranty

Although a clearance outlet all our products still come covered with the standard manufacturer’s warranty, meaning if you have a problem while still under warranty, we’ll be able to organise a service call for a technician to come out and have a look at it for you.

The warranty period will vary from 1 to 5 years, depending on the manufacturer and product.
