Sharp’s J-TECH Inverter uses a controlled compressor rotation that has a low-speed 36 step operation in accordance with the usage of the refrigerator.

Plasmacluster Ion Technology
Sharp’s patent Plasmacluster Ion Technology releases positive and negative ions in the refrigerator cavity to help keep food fresher for longer by reducing airborne substances such as bacteria, mould spores and eliminate odours.

Energy Saving
By setting the ECO mode function you can reduce* the power consumption of your refrigerator. The refrigerator temperature will increase by 1°C and 2°C for the freezer.

Hybrid Cooling
Sharp’s unique Hybrid Cooling system incorporates two methods of cooling: The cooled aluminium plate at the rear of the refrigerator compartment acts as a barrier and slows down the airflow whilst maintaining a cold surface. By slowing down the airflow it reduces the moisture removal from within the refrigerator compartment allowing food to remain fresh. This allows the chilled air to spread throughout the compartment keeping food fresh, preventing excess dryness, uneven cooling and over cooling.

– Greet you with a warm smile as you open your door to greet us
– Bring the appliance in, making sure to not mark or scratch your home (or the appliance)
– Unbox, take away the old packaging and put the appliance in a location of your choice
– For fridges, washers, dryers, and microwaves, we’ll also connect it up and get it working

During checkout, you’ll have the ability to select a day for delivery that best suits you. We’ll do our best to always meet that date, but will be in touch to arrange another if that date is not possible.

If you order a small product, it will be shipped using Australia post. You will be sent a tracking code once you order so you can track your delivery. When ordering a small product, feel free to put in your home or work address as the shipping address, depending on what’s easier for you.

Professional Installation

For all other products not mentioned above, installation is provided for an additional fee (available for selection on the product page) to be completed by our professional Winning Services installation team. Once again, just look for the installation option on the product page before you check out.

Free Removal

Yes, if you have no need for that old product we’ll happily take it off your hands. Not because we plan on taking it and reselling it, but because we’re just awesome people and would rather see it recycled safety 😃. Just make sure the old appliance is completely disconnected (it must be disconnected from any power, gas or water supply), and our drivers will throw it in the truck after we’ve delivered the new one.

Can you deliver to my area?

This depends on a couple of things, being if we have any stock available in your local area, and if we can actually deliver to your postcode. How much is delivery?

Glad you asked! Our professional delivery service which includes the taking away of your old appliance (if you need it) is completely FREE! Yes, you heard it right, along with our amazing deals and market leading prices we also don’t charge a cent for delivery.

How long will delivery take?

It depends on what product you purchase and where you’re located. When you add a product to your cart and checkout, you’ll be able to select your preferred delivery date which we’ll confirm for you once we process your order. If we cannot meet your ideal delivery date, we’ll be in touch to let you know what other dates are possible.

Can I schedule a specific delivery time?

Unfortunately, we are unable to schedule deliveries at specific times of the day. We will usually deliver during business hours, however, in some selected zones we deliver as early as 6:30 am and as late as 7:00 pm. On the day of delivery, you’ll receive a text message with a 2-hour delivery window.

Can you take my old appliance away?

Yes, we sure can, and just like our delivery service, it’s completely FREE! Just let the driver know when they arrive you would like your old product removed.

Do you offer professional installation?

We offer free connection for refrigerators, washing machines (excluding washing machine pedestals) and microwaves as well as paid installation for harder to install products such as dishwashers, and cooking appliances. Look for the paid installation options on the product page, which appear right after you enter your postcode (located above the add to cart button).

Product Warranty

Although a clearance outlet all our products still come covered with the standard manufacturer’s warranty, meaning if you have a problem while still under warranty, we’ll be able to organise a service call for a technician to come out and have a look at it for you.

The warranty period will vary from 1 to 5 years, depending on the manufacturer and product.
