What, more than just free delivery? Yep, our delivery is not just free, it’s amazing in all kinds of ways. When we deliver (for large and bulky items) we’ll also:

– Greet you with a warm smile as you open your door to greet us
– Bring the appliance in, making sure to not mark or scratch your home (or the appliance)
– Unbox, take away the old packaging and put the appliance in a location of your choice
– For fridges, washing machines, dryers (non wall mounted), and microwaves, we’ll also connect it up and get it working

During checkout, you’ll have the ability to select a day for delivery that best suits you. We’ll do our best to always meet that date, but will be in touch to arrange another if that date is not possible.

If you order a small product, it will be shipped using Australia Post. You will be sent a tracking code once you order so you can track your delivery. When ordering a small product, feel free to put in your home or work address as the shipping address, depending on what’s easier for you.

Professional Installation

For all other products not mentioned above, installation will be completed by our professional Winning Services installation team at an additional fee. To add installation to your purchase, please give our team a call on 1300 002 500.

Free Removal

Yes, if you have no need for that old product we’ll happily take it off your hands. Not because we plan on taking it and reselling it, but because we’re just awesome people and would rather see it recycled safely. Just make sure the old appliance is completely disconnected (it must be disconnected from any power, gas or water supply), and our drivers will throw it in the truck after we’ve delivered the new one.

This depends on a couple of things, being if we have any stock available in your local area, and if we can actually deliver to your postcode. How much is delivery?

Glad you asked! Our professional delivery service which includes the taking away of your old, disconnected appliance (if you need it) is completely FREE! Yes, you heard it right, along with our amazing deals and market leading prices we also don’t charge a cent for delivery.

How long will delivery take?

It depends on what product you purchase and where you’re located. When you add a product to your cart and checkout, you’ll be able to select your preferred delivery date which we’ll confirm for you once we process your order. If we cannot meet your ideal delivery date, we’ll be in touch to let you know what other dates are possible.

Can I schedule a specific delivery time?

Unfortunately, we are unable to schedule deliveries at specific times of the day. We will usually deliver during business hours, however, in some selected zones we deliver as early as 6:30 am and as late as 7:00 pm. On the day of delivery, you’ll receive a text message with a 2-hour delivery window.

Can you take my old appliance away?

Yes, we sure can, and just like our delivery service, it’s completely FREE! Just let the driver know when they arrive you would like your old (disconnected) product removed.

Do you offer professional installation?

We offer free connection for refrigerators, washing machines (excluding washing machine pedestals) and microwaves as well as paid installation for harder to install products such as dishwashers, and cooking appliances. Installation will be completed by our professional Winning Services installation team. To add installation to your purchase, please give our team a call on 1300 002 500.

If the product you purchase is not as advertised, is faulty, or stops working then you don’t need to worry – we’ll organise to have it fixed, swapped over, or in the event none of those work we’ll provide a full refund. Unfortunately, given we’re a clearance outlet we don’t accept returns for change of mind, so please choose carefully and give us a call if you’re unsure about what to buy.

In the event the product you have purchased is not working as intended, the quickest way to get your product fixed is to fill out our Customer Service Request Form. Once we receive your request, we’ll work with the manufacturer to get someone to come out to look at the product for you.

Important: Any missing parts or damage not advertised at the point of purchase must be reported within seven days from the date of delivery. No responsibility will be taken for issues reported after this time.

Product Warranty

Although a clearance outlet all our products still come covered with the standard manufacturer’s warranty, meaning if you have a problem while still under warranty, we’ll be able to organise a service call for a technician to come out and have a look at it for you.

The warranty period will vary from 1 to 5 years, depending on the manufacturer and product.
